At UK-SILKSILKY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury silk purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the silk is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
